Negade helps you manage stock, sales, customers, and money in Ethiopian Birr. Features may change as we improve the product. We may add, update, or remove functionality with reasonable notice when practical.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the service for your business.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to store illegal content
• Attempt to break into, disrupt, or overload the service
• Share login credentials outside your authorized team
• Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the product beyond what applicable law allows
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a business

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. By using Negade, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.

If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing periods, and refund rules will be shown at the time of purchase. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of paid features until payment is resolved.

Negade is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep the service available and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every calculation or report will be error-free. You remain responsible for your shop’s books, tax filings, and business decisions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KABA Software Development and Negade are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or lost data, except where liability cannot be excluded.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we must do so for security or legal reasons.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Ethiopia unless applicable law requires otherwise.
