When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you use the product for your shop, you may also enter business data such as products, stock levels, sales, customers, suppliers, and money amounts in Ethiopian Birr.

We automatically collect basic technical data such as browser type, device information, and pages visited so we can keep the service secure and reliable.

We use the information you provide to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide stock, sales, customer, and money features for your shop
• Respond to support requests
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality
• Send important service notices when needed

We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.

You own the business data you enter into Negade. We process it only to run the service for you. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your account and shop data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we encourage strong passwords and careful account sharing within your team.

We keep your account and business data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable time, except where we must retain records for legal or security reasons.

Google Play users can request permanent account deletion on our Delete account page.

We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, email, or analytics. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us and under appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of Negade after changes means you accept the updated policy.
