Delete your account

1. Enter the email address you used to sign up for Negade.
2. Confirm that you want permanent deletion, then send the request.
3. We will verify ownership of the account and delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.

You can also email kalishdesandy@gmail.com with the subject “Negade account deletion request” and include your account email.

• Your account profile (name, email, login credentials)
• Shop and business data you entered (products, stock, sales, customers, suppliers, and related records)
• App settings and session data tied to your account

We may keep limited records when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, records of the deletion request itself). Retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for marketing.

After we receive a valid request, account deletion is completed within 30 days. You will lose access once deletion is processed. This action cannot be undone.
